Step 2. Through direct discussions and negotiations with SRR, the Government Program Manager selects SRR to perform the work and submits a procurement request to the agency Contracting Officer.

Step 3. The agency Contracting Officer contacts SRR’s SBA Business Development Specialist, Mr. Rabon Lewis (South Florida District) at or (305) 536-5521 Ext 119. Ultimately, the Contracting Officer will submit an “Offer Letter” to the SBA for the designated scope of services that SRR will perform.
